The product is in compliance with the European Food Contact Materials regulation (FCMS or MOCA), as per attached declaration. The product is packed according to the required hygienic conditions and is free from dangerous persistent contaminations; however, as it is not ready to use, IT HAS TO BE sanitized according to the food self-control plan usually applied by your company for any equipment (if used in contact with food). We recommend the normal detergents in use for washing and alkaline-based products for sanitization.
